By requesting a quote or booking a cleaning, you agree to these terms. A quote request is not a confirmed booking — service is confirmed only once Mrs. Clean A Lot has reviewed and approved your request and any applicable deposit or payment has been arranged.

Quotes are based on the information you provide and our review of your property. Pricing for commercial, deep, and post-construction cleaning is determined by scope. We'll communicate any changes before work begins.

We ask for reasonable notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Specific cancellation windows will be confirmed when your service is booked. Recurring plans are flexible — pause, reschedule, or cancel with reasonable notice.

You agree to provide safe access to your property and to disclose anything we need to know to clean safely and well. Sensitive access information is handled with care and never exposed publicly.

Mrs. Clean A Lot does not offer laundry or linen services. Our focus is cleaning surfaces, floors, kitchens, bathrooms, and the details that make a space shine.

We work hard to deliver excellent results. If you're not happy with a spot, let us know and we'll make it right. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
